Integrity was formed in January 2003 by Ben Rife, President/CEO. Since that time, we have gone through some major changes and have experienced tremendous growth as a result. We’ve built a culture of accountability where everyone is expected to perform, but also accountable to each other to uphold our core values of “faith, family, and community”.
Faith
We define faith in our business as “to err on the side of doing what is right” as in our company motto: “Integrity…doing what is right, even when no one is watching”.

We define family as “there needs to be a family/work balance, with the family always taking priority”

We define community as “we have an obligation, privilege, and responsibility to our community, to serve others and give back out of what we have been given”.
