Meet Ben Rife, President/CEO
Ben started the business in January of 2003 in the basement of his house, where he and the team serviced clients for almost a year before outgrowing that space and moving the company to an office building in Troy. Ben spends most of his time today working to strategically grow the business, to better serve clients, and provide value to everyone he comes into contact with. His passion and enthusiasm for life and the business is overwhelmingly evident. |

Meet Jeff Foor, Business Development Manager
Jeff joined Integrity in October of 2008. Since that time, he has brought incredible accountability to our sales process, increased the efficiency of our sales delivery, and continually recruits and hires veteran sales reps. Jeff has a big heart and is a servant. At a former company, he (and another of our employees) were responsible for growing top-line revenue by 1000% in just a few years. He is fast paced and always inventing new ways to engage with clients to solve their problems. He is our silver bullet. |

Meet John Opalewski, Director of Strategic Alliance
John is responsible for day to day operations of our engineering services and project management teams. He is also responsible for developing and fostering more than 30+ partnerships with other companies across the state and even several outside the state. He is a charismatic individual with a love for shaping the lives of those that work with and for him. If you have the opportunity to spend a couple of minutes with him, you’ll see why this company loves him. By the way, he is the other half of the dynamic-duo that grew top-line revenue by 1000% for a previous company. |

Meet Tracey Wade, Director of HR and Finance
Tracey’s role has changed over the years. She originally started as the office manager, meaning she did anything and everything we asked her to do. She quickly hired several replacements for herself and took on more of an executive role in charge of managing the HR and Finance departments. She still enjoys answering the phone when she sees a call come through from a long-time customer, just so she can say hello. Tracey’s interpersonal skills and love for people is infectious. Her impact on the company as our personal confidant is immeasurable. |
